BEAN BAGS R US PTY. LTD. may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the products within 30 days of the date of purchase where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any return pursuant to this clause.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE

SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED

BEAN BAGS R US PTY. LTD. DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR PROVIDE REFUNDS IF YOU:

  • (a) change your mind, or purchased a product as a gift which the recipient does not want;
  • (b) decide that the size of the Product is unsuitable (all Product dimensions are set out on the relevant Product page);
  • (c) place an order for a bean bag cover in the belief that this includes the filling (it is clearly stated on each product page that filling is not included);
  • (d) have damaged Products due to a lack of maintenance, abuse, abnormal service or handling or any act or omission which would entitle us to exclude the Product from a Warranty under clauses 6 or 7 of the Terms & Conditions;
  • (e) have failed to read the relevant information in relation to the Product
  • (f) have ordered an incorrect quantity or an incorrect product and this is not due to a mistake by BEAN BAGS R US PTY. LTD.
  • (g) have opened the packaging, used the product or removed the product from the packaging
  • (h) have removed the warning label and/or brand label or instructions
  • (i) have broken or damaged the Tamper Proof seal.
  • (j) Where the product has been misused. Pockets are not handles. Pockets are not designed to be used as handles, especially on pool bean bags where the weight of a bag filled with water will be tens of kilograms. Damage to pockets as a result of misuse is excluded from the warranty.
  • (k) have purchased an item that is on sale or has been discounted.

You agree that where BEAN BAGS R US PTY. LTD. ATF UNIVERSAL IMPORTS TRUST accepts a return, this will be subject to you paying a restocking fee of $10 per item in addition to the original cost of shipping, which will be deducted from any refund payable to you. In the event the package has been opened, an additional repacking fee of $20.00 will be charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not pay for return shipping costs.

Pre-Order purchases can not be refunded. These goods are manufactured and shipped by priority.

Where BEAN BAGS R US PTY. LTD. accepts a return you agree to follow the following returns process:

Mail your returned Product (at your cost) using a trackable postal service.

Include a signed letter stating the reason for the return and the original receipt as proof of purchase.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED PRIOR TO RECEIVING THEM.
