Quality Materials
It's not all about style, however. We chose the finest materials to create the best beanbag pool floats. Often copied but never duplicated, our fabric is manufactured exclusively for us. It is purpose-built for use in salt-water and chlorinated swimming pools. It is not off-the-shelf stock fabric. Our Olefin fabric is around twenty-per cent heavier than any of our competitors.
The 100% Olefin fabric is UV treated to meet the demands of outdoor living in the harsh Australian sun. The material is tested in a laboratory to meet the highest standards and will not fade after many years of exposure to direct sunlight. So your pool float will not change colour or fade in salt or chlorinated water.
And all our products are fitted with the best quality YKK childproof wetsuit zippers designed for use in the water. Our stitching uses the finest quality thread so the seams won't fall apart. And our warning labels are embroidered with water and fade-resistant thread, so you will always be able to read them. The Cabo Pool Float is antimicrobial treated and stain resistant.

Maintaining the Cabo Pool Float is easy. The Olefin cover can be spot cleaned, hand washed, or machine washed. This bean bag requires 200 litres of beans and has a size of 135cm L x 105cm W x 25cm H when filled.

The cover utilises our custom-made 320GSM olefin fabric. The material is thirty per cent heavier than the stock fabric used in other brands. Unlike cheaper alternatives, our fabric won't fade in the sun. And it won't fade in chlorinated water or salt water. The seams are triple stitched using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thread. Sailmakers use PTFE thread in the production of racing sails. PTFE thread costs up to four times more than traditional nylon thread.
All our pool bean bags use Size 10 wetsuit zippers, the best in the world. We remove the zipper handles intentionally to activate the locking mechanism. So toddlers and children can not access the beans.
